“Then Sings My Soul”
Sue Thomas Ministries is holding a one-day Women’s Retreat for women of all ages and all denominations to come together to fellowship around the theme of music. Yes, you heard that right…MUSIC!
Listen to profoundly deaf speaker, Sue Thomas, share powerful stories from out of her own silence, and through her life’s experiences that will illustrate how music is implanted in each of us, whether we hear it or not.
Sue remembers the rhythmic rocking chair and feeling the vibrations of her Mom singing lullabies to her deafened baby girl. Then there was the day her Dad brought the piano into the home and took an extra job to pay for the piano lessons for the girl who could not hear the music. You will be amazed at the stories behind the scenes that shaped Sue Thomas and you will come away inspired and challenged to hear the music of your own world in a way that brings glory to the One who gave you the ears to hear it.
Doors open at 8:30 AM so you can pick up your welcome bag at check-in and then enjoy a light breakfast. Program starts at 9:30. Lunch is served at noon followed by a sing-along, and last session concludes by 2:30 PM.
Seating is limited to 150 guests so please register early for this unique event being held in the Upper Valley of Vermont on the New Hampshire border for an opportunity to enjoy the brilliant New England foliage and the sounds of songs of praise to the Creator!
